About us
Finally their dream of establishing a home in the Mediterranean Sea is coming true Frank and Gustavo’s villa in Costa Blanca Spain is a working process Settled in the beautiful bay of Calpe in the zone of Puerto Blanco, Maryvilla Area well known for their beautiful Spanish Villas engraved in the mountain of Maryvilla positioned over looking the stunning views of the sea literally a paradise in front of your eyes with the ever changing lighting, the sound of the birds, the reflection of the sun against the mountains and sea even in the busiest holidays you will find serenity and tranquility (you will try to hear the sound of silent) Frank’s many years of experience in the high end Italian furniture and the incredible attention to detail have resulted to a sophisticated yet practical set up of their villa Gustavo’s experience does not come in short from his financial and artistic background has transformed several houses into homes with soul using elements of their own architecture so this is the case of Villa La Torre of Puerto Blanco Combining the traditional elements of Spanish architecture and contemporary accents Gustavo and Frank have managed to create an environment to please you eyes. Bear in mind, for them the transformation of their villa have just began!!!
Villa Details
Villa del Farol offers you an ultimate private setup and serene environment for your experience. The swimming pool provides a complete privet setup, benefiting your experience for your relaxation and privacy. Whether its the rooftop terrace for martinis, the outdoor living and dining area for lunch, or by the pool for fun, multiple terraces give you options for sitting around with family and friends. No matter which terrace you're on, you'll be treated to stunning views, whether its the majestic mountains [insert mountain names], the charming town of Calpe, or the iconic Peñón de Ifach. The decorative environment is filled with priceless original art and beautiful greenery, adding charm to each space. To match the greatness of the villa, there is a three spot carport next to the front gate.

While you scope out the area, we recommend you try out the privet beaches and callas to watch the waves or for a peaceful swim that are all walking distance from the villa. If you feel like eating out in luxurious or casual restaurants, you can take a nice walk to any of the multiple restaurants such as Puerto Blanco and SunSeaBar nearby. In a brief 4 minute walk, the new marina, Port Blanc has an elegant restaurant, beach, and plenty of parking. Other activities include the tennis club at restaurant Oscar and fun hiking trails with breathtaking views, perfect for pictures!

In Calpe Town
​Driving into town, you wont have to worry about the parking, as theres always parking in walking distance. In New Town Calpe, you are welcomed by the hundreds of individual stores, where they sell excellent quality items such as shoes, clothing, bags, and jewelry. Stores line the shores of beaches like La Fosa and Arena, offering a vibrant beachfront shopping experience. When you get hungry, you can take a look at the abundance of different types of restaurants, including Capri, Antica Roma, Lapsus Bistro, and El bodegon de Calpe. There is a vast world of cuisine to explore, from the rich flavors of Spanish and Italian dishes to the vibrant tastes of Greek and Indian food. With so many international flavors to discover, every meal can be a new and exciting experience.
